Mary McIlroy Hipwell (partner) is an experienced solicitor mainly dealing with buying and selling and leasing properties, both residential and business.  She also deals with other aspects of business, partnership and company law.  She is based at the Dunfermline office.  Her assistants are Ms Lynn Forder and Ms Trudi Lamond.

Fiona Dingwall (partner) is an experienced solicitor who deals with disputes, including court actions.  Much of her work is connected with Family Law, divorce, children, debt and other problems.  She sees clients both at the Dunfermline and the St Andrews offices.  Her assistant is Miss Gail D’Sylva.

John Hipwell (consultant) is an experienced solicitor who has also been an advocate (barrister).  He deals with wills and executries.  He is also a planning specialist and advises on the law of planning.  (John is also Bilingua French-English)
